Carmarthen Ham A brief history of Albert Rees

Albert Rees was set up in 1962 by Albert & Brenda Rees, who were following the family tradition of bacon curers that has been market traders in West Wales since the late 1800's.

In 1989 Chris & Ann Rees took over the business on the retirement of Chris's parents, and we still trade in many markets, the main shop being in Carmarthen Market.

The specialities of the business are dry salt cured hams and bacon, but also an extensive range of home-made sausages, faggots and home cooked meats.
